Brian Marcer                              

Brian Marcer worked in engineering and human resources before joining CBA in 1997.

He specialises in working with developing teams and groups of people using an unstructured client-centred process. He has extensive experience of change management programmes and he leads the 'Consulting Skills ' programmes.

David Lazarus

David Lazarus trained as a chemist and worked in several major chemical companies before moving into organisational development.

David specialises in career counselling as well as group work.

He developed 'Winning as a Player Manager' and 'Leading Teams' and leads the 'Leadership at Work' open programme.

Jim Hopwood

Jim Hopwood joined CBA in July 2005 after many years as a satisfied client.

He developed the 'Leading for Safety' programme with Chris Bull while working for Exxon Chemical Europe.
