We work in a client centred way ensuring that the customer is in charge of the pace, direction and depth of any changes that he or she wishes to make. We aim to leave our clients stronger than we found them and genuinely aim to "work ourselves out of a job", confident that there are many more potential customers and issues to be addressed.

Our focus is action orientated. We write few, if any, reports believing that our real product is the change in the people we work with - they understand the situation more clearly, are more skilled at dealing with the problems they face and have more energy to tackle them.
